Michelle has been incredible to work with in both consulting and coaching capacities. My first experience was when Michelle had an engagement with us and served in a fractional CHRO capacity. Michelle was a key leader in managing the company's transition from an anniversary based review process to moving to a focal review process where all team members were on the same cycle - a challenge for any company, but especially impressive to achieve in a short period of time with a company comprised of 3500 employees within 3 unique service lines with a remote, distributed workforce.
