Leadership coaching through Mosaic Path is a tailored leadership development plan for executives, new leaders, emerging leaders and high potentials.
The Coach works one on one with the Leader to identify their goals, challenges, core strengths and any areas for growth focus. We use a variety of tools, resources and approaches that align with what is most beneficial for the Leader during their journey.
Together, the Leader and the Coach create a strong, trusting and meaningful partnership that allows the Leader to forge their own path by gaining greater self-awareness, building on their leadership gifts, growing their confidence and learning new approaches that get tangible results.
